2008 will be a great year in El Paso. Our market is changing almost monthly and although we are in a buyers market that means that there are alot of homes to choose from. The statistics from our Multiple Listing Service show that home prices are going up about 7-9% but they are taking a little longer to sell.

It was announced in the papers that a total of approx. 37,000 new troops will be here by 2013 and at a recent Ft Bliss seminar that figure was changed to almost 100,000!!! The high tech military weapons that are being developed here will be all the factors that will be driving our market to new heights.
